Bao Ngan Au
I am...
Vietnamese singer, actor, vocal coach, painter. Originally an interior architect, she was first known at The Voice Vietnam 2013, ranked in the top 3, and then ventured into professional show business.
Over the past 10 years, Bao Ngan Au has participated in many major shows domestically and abroad. In addition to singing, she has acted in a few notable Vietnamese movies (Thousand Pounds Beauty 2018, The Perfect Wedding 2019...), famous musicals (Secret Garden 2016, Les Misérables 2017, Lucia and the Ice Mountain 2018...), also been an MC or photo model...
From 2018, Bao started a new role as a Vocal Coach and co-founded her own Music Academy in Vietnam.
Fall 2024, she was granted Fulbright scholarship and take on a new life journey in the US by studying Master of Music Theatre at ASU. Roles at ASU include Grandma Ida (First Date 24'), Agent/ Ensemble (As You Like It 25'), Fighting Prawn/ Grempkin/ Mack/ Sanchez (Peter & the Starcatcher 26').
